REG Metals supplies Casting Tungsten Carbide Powder (CTC) engineered for applications requiring extreme hardness, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance, and high-temperature stability.

Casting tungsten carbide is produced through a high-temperature fusion and casting process that creates a dense, crystalline tungsten carbide structure, typically consisting predominantly of WC and W₂C phases. Compared with conventional sintered tungsten carbide powders, cast tungsten carbide provides exceptional resistance to severe abrasive wear and is widely used as a hardfacing material.

REG Metals can supply casting tungsten carbide powder in different particle sizes, compositions, morphologies, and packaging configurations for welding, thermal spray, PTA, laser cladding, and other surface-engineering processes.

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and complete material traceability.
