Nickel Copper Foam is a porous metallic material composed of nickel and copper, combining the electrical and thermal conductivity of copper with the corrosion resistance and electrochemical characteristics of nickel. Its interconnected porous structure provides high surface area, low bulk density, permeability, and electrical conductivity, making Ni-Cu foam useful as an electrode substrate and functional porous metal.
Depending on the application, Nickel Copper Foam can be supplied with controlled Ni/Cu composition, pore density (PPI), porosity, thickness, sheet dimensions, and surface characteristics. Nickel-coated copper foam and composition-controlled Ni-Cu alloy foam may also be available depending on the required specification.
