REG Metals supplies Nickel Iron Alloy 4750 Sheet, a soft magnetic nickel-iron alloy used for magnetic shielding, transformers, relays, sensors, electronic components, instrumentation, aerospace systems, telecommunications, and precision magnetic assemblies.
Alloy 4750 is a high-permeability nickel-iron alloy containing approximately 47–50% nickel with iron as the principal balance. It is engineered for applications requiring high magnetic permeability, low coercive force, and efficient magnetic response.
The magnetic performance of Nickel Iron Alloy 4750 depends strongly on material condition, cold working, fabrication, and final annealing. Components requiring maximum magnetic performance are commonly fabricated first and then given an appropriate final magnetic anneal.
REG Metals supplies Nickel Iron Alloy 4750 in sheet, strip, foil, coil, plate, and custom-cut blanks. Material can be sourced to customer-defined thickness, width, temper, magnetic-property, heat-treatment, and certification requirements. MTR/COA and lot or heat traceability are available as applicable.
