REG Metals supplies Niobium Hafnium Rods (Nb-Hf Alloy Rods) for aerospace, defense, propulsion systems, high-temperature components, vacuum equipment, nuclear research, refractory metal applications, and advanced R&D.

Niobium-Hafnium (Nb-Hf) alloys are refractory metal alloys that combine the high-temperature capabilities and formability of niobium with the strengthening and thermal stability provided by hafnium. These alloys are used in applications requiring high melting temperatures, good strength at elevated temperatures, thermal stability, and compatibility with demanding vacuum and high-temperature environments.

A prominent niobium-hafnium alloy is C-103 (Nb-10Hf-1Ti), which nominally contains approximately 10% hafnium and 1% titanium, with niobium as the balance. C-103 is widely used for high-temperature aerospace and propulsion components because of its combination of fabricability, refractory performance, and elevated-temperature strength.

REG Metals supplies Niobium Hafnium Alloy Rods in standard and custom diameters, lengths, compositions, and conditions. Material can be supplied with Certificate of Analysis (COA), Mill Test Report (MTR), chemical composition data, and lot traceability.
