Pyrolytic Boron Nitride Crucibles (PBN Crucibles) are ultra-high-purity ceramic containers manufactured using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) to produce a dense, non-porous, and highly crystalline boron nitride structure. Unlike conventional hot-pressed boron nitride, PBN offers exceptional purity, excellent thermal stability, chemical inertness, and resistance to molten metals and corrosive materials, making it one of the preferred crucible materials for ultra-high-purity crystal growth and semiconductor manufacturing.
