Silicon Carbide Radiant Tube is a high-temperature SiC heating and radiant tube designed to transfer radiant heat in industrial furnaces, heat-treatment equipment, kilns, and high-temperature processing systems. Also known as Silicon Carbide Radiant Tube, SiC Radiant Tube, Silicon Carbide Heating Tube, SiC Furnace Tube, and Silicon Carbide Burner Tube, it offers excellent high-temperature strength, thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity.
Unlike conventional metallic radiant tubes, silicon carbide radiant tubes can operate at very high temperatures while maintaining dimensional stability and resistance to oxidation. REG Metals can source recrystallized SiC, reaction-bonded SiC, sintered SiC, and other silicon carbide radiant tube grades in custom diameters, lengths, wall thicknesses, mounting configurations, and end designs.
