REG Metals supplies Spherical Inconel 617 Powder, a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy powder engineered for applications requiring excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and structural stability.

Inconel 617 is particularly suited for demanding elevated-temperature environments because of its combination of nickel-based strength, chromium oxidation resistance, cobalt and molybdenum solid-solution strengthening, and aluminum-based precipitation effects.

The spherical powder morphology provides excellent flowability, packing density, and powder-bed performance, making it suitable for laser powder bed fusion (LPBF), directed energy deposition (DED), thermal spray, and other powder-based manufacturing processes.

REG Metals can supply Inconel 617 powder in custom particle size distributions, purity levels, morphology specifications, and packaging configurations.

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and complete material traceability.
