Tungsten Nickel Copper Alloy (W-Ni-Cu Alloy), also known as Tungsten Heavy Alloy, is a high-density engineered metal composite that combines the exceptional density of tungsten with the ductility and machinability provided by nickel and copper binders. This alloy is widely used in aerospace, defense, radiation shielding, medical equipment, oil and gas systems, balancing weights, and industrial tooling applications requiring maximum mass in a compact volume.

W-Ni-Cu alloys offer excellent density, good mechanical strength, superior corrosion resistance, and non-magnetic properties compared to tungsten nickel iron alloys. These characteristics make them particularly valuable in applications involving radiation attenuation, inertial masses, vibration damping, aerospace counterweights, and precision balancing systems.

Manufactured through advanced powder metallurgy processes, our Tungsten Nickel Copper Alloys provide consistent density, homogeneous microstructure, tight dimensional tolerances, and reliable performance in critical engineering applications.
