Tungsten Nickel Iron Alloy Bar (W-Ni-Fe Alloy Bar) is a high-density heavy metal material engineered for applications requiring exceptional mass, strength, and dimensional stability. Typically composed of 85–97% tungsten with nickel and iron as binders, this alloy combines the extreme density of tungsten with improved machinability and toughness.

Known for its superior density (up to ~18.5 g/cm³), excellent radiation shielding capability, and high strength, tungsten nickel iron alloy bars are widely used in aerospace, defense, medical shielding, counterweights, and precision engineering applications. The alloy also offers good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, making it suitable for demanding environments.

Manufactured under strict quality control, these tungsten heavy alloy bars feature uniform composition, smooth surface finish, and consistent mechanical properties. They are easy to machine compared to pure tungsten and can be fabricated into complex components.
